People can poison people
People use people according to their own needs. Or don't use them. When a primary need is one of safety.
Every single aspect of what we do at work comes down to people and managing people, selling to people, working with people or making them do what you want them to do.
1. We fear people because they can expose and humiliate us. 2. We fear people because they can reject, ridicule, or despise us. 3. We fear people because they can attack, oppress, or threaten us. These three reasons have one thing in common: they see people as “bigger” (that is, more powerful and significant) than God, and, out of the fear that creates in us, we give other people the power and right to tell us what to feel, think, and do.
Our people are good people
People can push people down
We must not offer people a system of redemption, a set of insights and principles. We offer people a Redeemer.
The people's government, made for the people, made by the people, and answerable to the people.
People don't want other people to be people.
This is not new: people do business with people they like, know and trust. Taking that axiom in to account, would YOU trust YOU?
